From 1987 to 2007, I worked as a Senior Coach for Academic Rowing.
From 2007 to 2019, I worked as the head coach of the Ukrainian Paralympic team in academic rowing.
I have the titles of “Honored Coach of Ukraine”, “Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine”.
I have been awarded state awards.
As a coach with my athletes participated in about 27 Junior and U23 World Championships.
My athletes have won many medals.
Some athletes were also very successful in the senior section (for example Kathrin Boron / Kerstin Köppen / Manja and Kerstin Kowalski)
